It’s designed to help e-commerce and retail brands improve their e-commerce and outer packaging. We’ll share our findings and suggestions, and you can choose if and how you'd like to move forward with us.

Do I need to send you samples or photos?

Accepted Answer

No - you don’t need to send anything to get started.

We usually order one of your products ourselves so we can experience the full unboxing experience and assess your current e-commerce packaging first-hand. If you'd like to share photos, PDFs, or product links in advance, that’s helpful but not essential.

How long does it take?

Once we receive your information, we typically complete the packaging audit within x working days.
