What does the audit include?Our free packaging audit includes a review of your current e-commerce packaging. We look at how well it aligns with your brand, its unboxing experience, sustainability, material choices, and cost-effectiveness. You'll receive tailored recommendations from our creative and sourcing experts, with examples or visuals where helpful.

Is the audit really free?Yes - the audit is completely free with no obligation. It’s designed to help e-commerce and retail brands improve their e-commerce and outer packaging. We’ll share our findings and suggestions, and you can choose if and how you'd like to move forward with us.

Do I need to send you samples or photos?No - you don’t need to send anything to get started. We usually order one of your products ourselves so we can experience the full unboxing experience and assess your current e-commerce packaging first-hand. If you'd like to share photos, PDFs, or product links in advance, that’s helpful but not essential.

How long does it take?Once we receive your information, we typically complete the packaging audit within x working days. If you have an urgent deadline or campaign launch, let us know - we’ll do our best to prioritise it.

What happens after the audit?You’ll receive a short report or presentation with our recommendations. If you'd like to move forward, we can support you with design, sourcing, prototyping, production, or full packaging development. If not, the audit is yours to keep - no pressure.

Can this include packaging we haven't launched yet?Absolutely - we can review early packaging concepts, visuals, or formats you’re planning to launch. Brands come to us during the design phase for creative direction, structural ideas, and sustainability input - helping ensure your packaging is practical, brand-led, and ready for production with us.

Will you recommend a supplier we can go to?We go one step further, we are the supplier. At Staci Create, we design, source, and deliver tailored packaging, so our recommendations come with a clear route to execution.
