Molson Coors Integrated Sourcing
The Project:
Molson Coors Beverage Company were looking to re-evaluate their entire supply chain operation for Point of Sale Materials (POSM), including design, sourcing, storage and end user delivery. They wanted to create through the chain savings whilst benefits from fast access to trend information and bulk economies of scale.
Our Solution:
We provided an integrated supply chain management model providing front end POSM design, full supplier/manufacturer sourcing and management responsibilities across nominated and whole-of-market suppliers. We analysed their full merchandise range and use, measured this against costs, lead times, common MOQs and grouped into strategic buying categories, before taking on full ownership of POSM, including design, sourcing, storage and delivery.
