Frankie & Benny's Family Campaign
The Project:
Brand owners of Frankie & Benny's, The Restaurant Group (TRG), had the task of trying to find a way to increase repeat visits from families in their outlets. Having delivered success for their brand on previous campaigns, we were appointed to help solve their challenge using a branded merchandise campaign that could drive loyalty.
Our Solution:
We conducted extensive research to understanding the benefits of multiple product types, and options such as collectibles and licensed characters, before opting to proceed with an on-trend 'squishie' campaign bringing in characterisation and a limited edition range to make products more collectible and drive repeat visits. We designed, produced and managed this high profile project featuring 8 different characters, co-ordinating all legislation and testing fully in order to protect their business and consumers.
