The Project:
Staci Create was tasked with an urgent merchandise project for one of Crave's key retail clients, Tesco. Crave needed to design, produce and collate multi item packs for in just 7 days to help educate and promote Crave Pet Food to Tesco's in-store colleagues.
Our Solution:
Our category teams immediately set about identifying a range of items, and ringfenced stock with suppliers, that could be branded and delivered into our fulfilment team for collation in just 5 days, for kitting and onward delivery within just 2 days. At the same time our design team proactively created designs to turn off-the-shelf items into simple, on brand merchandise which when collated provided a clear, consistent tone throughout.
